Searching For Tutors:

What do the numbers on the Flash Map indicate?
The number reflected represents the number of tutors available to teach in that area.
Why do I have to answer so many questions in my tutor search?
With detailed criteria input from you, our search engine will be better enabled to find tutors who are closely matched with your tutor criteria. Filling in more details will facilitate you in your short-listing process.
My search criteria returned no results.
Try relaxing your search criteria. For example, if tutor's qualifications do not matter much to you, check the "no preference" box to shortlist a wider range of tutors.
Shortlisting Tutors:

How does the Rating System / Testimonial System work?
Students who are currently taught or have been taught previously by tutors can rate their tutors' performance, or write a testimonial for them. These 2 systems are designed to give students/parents a better idea of a tutor’s teaching style, performance, or personality.
Why are some comments/ratings left by anonymous users?
We respect the privacy of all users and so anonymous comments and ratings are allowed. On our end, we try our best to ensure that all comments and ratings are credible and accurate.
  Are the testimonials posted accurate?
We try our best to ensure the credibility of testimonials by screening them before they get posted. However, we suggest it is best you find out more from the tutor(s) directly if you have any reservations/questions about their testimonials.
Can I trust that the tutor's information is accurate?
The tutor is responsible for the published information. He/She is obliged to show you the certificates when requested.
Why am I limited to a maximum of 5 shortlisted tutors each time?
This is to protect the privacy of our tutors. Also, we believe that limiting the maximum number of shortlisted tutors to 5 will help in the search for your ideal tutor, as too many choices would likely lead to more confusion.
Interviewing Tutors:
