1.     Computer Information (Parents, Students, 3rd party Tuition Coordinators and Agencies)

1. Search! Tuition collects personal information when you register with Search! Tuition, when you use Search! Tuition services, and when you visit Search! Tuition pages.
2. At Search! Tuition, we use session ID cookies that terminate once users close the browser.
3. Search! Tuition automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, session ID, the pages you visited and the time these pages were visited. Search! tuition uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for services, improve our services, protect you against frauds, and conduct research.
4. When a parent, student, 3rd party tuition coordinator and agencies make a tutor request, the subject(s) and frequency of tuition lessons are broadcasted to prospective tutors.
5. If a tutor accepts the request of the customer, the customer's name and address are made known to that tutor.
6. When you post a tuition job online, all tuition job details excluding your personal information will be broadcasted on our homepage. There will however be an option for registered tutors of Search! Tuition to email you should they feel that they can fit your tuition requests/ request. Your other personal information including your contact number will not be sent to tutors unless you have given your explict consent for us to do so.

2.     Computer Information (Tutors)

1. A tutor is a person who registers and maintains a tutor account with Search! Tuition.
2. When you register as a tutor we ask for information such as your name, email address, telephone number, gender, occupation, qualification, and subjects you are interested in teaching.
3. Once you register with Search! Tuition and sign into our services, your session ID is linked to your Search! Tuition account and you are not anonymous to us.
4. Once you registered with Search! Tuition, you agree to us sending out your contact information including your hand phone number and email address to prospective parents , student, and/or 3rd party tuition coordinators and agencies.
5. By signing up with Search! Tuition, you agree that your personal information is open to all account holders of Search! Tuition. Search Tuition! is not liable for any inappropriate use of your personal information by prospective parents/ students/ tuition coordinators and/or anyone who signs up with Seach! Tuition.

Information Handling

Your personal information is accessible by all account holders of Search! Tuition. Search! Tuition is not liable for any misuse/  misappropriation of information submitted by our account holders.

Your personal information is also used by us to send you email updates on latest news, events, packages, offerings and other goodies.
